Recruitment

Formal Recruitment is an incredible experience both for active sisters and potential Greeks! We are so excited to share our sisterhood and show you what it means to be a Chi Omega. Recruitment begins with an informal orientation into Greek Life, where you will meet your Rho Gamma (Recruitment Guide - a disaffiliated member of a sorority) and learn everything you will need to know for the upcoming week. Over the next four days you will get the opportunity to visit all ten of UCF's amazing sororities, meeting sisters and learning more about each organization. All of this culminates with the final day, Bid Day, when you will join the rest of your Pledge Class at your new home!

To learn more about Formal Recruitment at UCF, please visit the Panhellenic Council, or the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Formal Recruitment will take place August 17-21, 2010.
